• Please check your tickets for correct information. It is not always possible to correct mistakes when buying tickets afterwards.

• After you have purchased a ticket at jolasveinarniridimmuborgum.com, through the world wide web, you have 14 days from ticket purchase to cancel the purchase and request a refund of the ticket at jolasveinarniridimmuborgum.com, cf. Paragraph 1 Article 8 Act no. 46/2000 on furniture and distance selling agreements. However, if the event for which the ticket is purchased is held within 14 days of ticket purchase, you are in no case entitled to a refund or the right to exchange the ticket for another event, cf. Article 10 of the aforementioned Act, except in cases where an event is canceled.

• If an event date is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a new ticket on another date (if other dates are available). If the owners of the tickets do not find a changed date, they will be offered a refund of the tickets. Requests for a refund must be received by jolasveinarniridimmuborgum.com no later than 28 days after the date of the event that expired.

• If a purchased ticket is resold with financial gain for someone other than a party directly related to the event, jolasveinarniridimmuborgum.com reserves the right to cancel the ticket and deny the holder entry to the event.

• The ticket owner takes full responsibility for any injuries that may occur before, during or after an event. Events are the responsibility of the relatives of the events, not jolasveinarniridimmuborgum.com.

• Relatives of the event and yulelads.is take no responsibility for the private belongings of the ticket holder during the event.

• The handling of alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs is prohibited at all events that yulelads.is sells unless otherwise stated.

• The age limit for an event is determined by the outdoor time of the Child Protection Act. 
   

Keep your ticket (s) in a safe place, as you would store money or other tickets. Yulelads.is does not accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by forged or copied tickets. If copied or forged tickets are found, the event organizer may deny all ticket holders entry to the event and demand payment for all copied or forged tickets from the original purchaser. Event dates and times are subject to change without notice.

Law and venue

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises due to him, it shall be brought before the District Court of Norðurlands.

Governing law / Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law.
